About the founders...

Karim Patel

Karim Patel is a 12 year Sun Software veteran living in London, England. Karim has been teaching and helping customers deploy Sun software for over 10 years. When he left Sun in 2006, he started his own training / consulting company and has been on the road training, teaching and consulting in Europe, Asia and North America for corporations and Universities.

Jacques Vogel

Jacques Vogel is a 10 year technical training development manager and has a team of 4 technical writers working for him full time. Jacques is also a former Netscape engineer but has spent most of his professional career training and creating training guides. Jacques lives near Paris, France and is fluent in English, French and Italian.
